JAMALCO is a company incorporated under Japanese law registered in Japan with company number 0200-01-033292. Our address is 17F Nisseki Yokohama Bldg., 1-1-8 Sakuragi-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa 231-0062, Japan. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) (“PETRONAS”) which is Malaysia’s fully integrated oil and gas multinational with its parent company registered in Malaysia with company number 20076-K having its office at Tower 1, PETRONAS Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Joint use 

We will implement joint use of your personal data as follows:

Outsourcing of handling of personal data 

We outsource handling of personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of use. When outsourcing to a third-party provider located outside Japan, we will confirm that appropriate measures for protecting personal data have been taken by methods such as investigating the legislation of personal information protection in the country, and we appropriately supervise the third-party providers as necessary to ensure appropriate handling and protection of personal information.

If we transfer your personal information we will always do so under strict conditions of confidentiality and similar levels of security safeguards.
